The facilities and the cleanliness of the hotel is very nice but the let down is the trouble and stress given to us when we were dining inside their restaurant when my colleague's bag went missing. Her passport was inside the bag including cash, jewellery and her medications. We spent our time almost the whole day in a police station instead of listening to the conference. We missed a lot of things including our luncheon dinner because of getting a police report. It was awful that we all felt not safe staying in this hotel as they don't have CCTV. I had the inclination that one of the waiter took the bag as he was the only one who came near us and took a photo and after that we never seen him again. The Manager has spoken to us through an interpreter and didn't even dare to check their employees; let us booked the taxi and let us bought my colleague's regular medications. They kept reassuring us she can travel back without a passport but i knew she can't because we have been through the British Embassy and we are not member of the EU anymore. They have manipulated us because when we got to the airport on the day of our flights back home-the police rang and confirmed they have got the passport. And to our bewilderment, her set of keys were back too. I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all as they ruined our stay. If only they have been helpful and honest and apologised to us and returned the passport straightaway right inside the hotel, then we could have peace of mind.

Very good service, I had to leave early and asked for a breakfast box, and they accommodated my request. The staff in the restaurant were very nice, especially Matteo and Riccardo.

Breakfast was excellent, huge amenities like swimming pool, meeting room and conference space if you need to book. You’d need a car to drive around as the property isn’t very walkable.

Wonderful place to stay. It was the best breakfast bufffet of our Italy vacation. Has a great restaurant downstairs. Room is everything you want. It’s all very convenient - highly recommend!

Very nice hotel, well kept, Balcony needs refreshing and paint. Otherwise hotel is very well planned and decorated with great fixtures. Restaurant was decent but the food was served luke warm and Needed to be re heated. The staff were great.

This hotel is absolutely a dream destination, in every way. The staff is totally there for you at every minute. We spent our last 2 days there, after a three week holiday in Italy. I never left the property, the food was top shelf. The wait staff went above and beyond to accommodate. We shall send many there for their visit to Rome.

Bar was nice, Prince was an excellent server! Restaurant was beautiful the servers were excellent, we really enjoyed the food! Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
