The listing and images show two beds but only one was made and the ladder for the top bed had no way to connect to the top bunk. The shower and bathroom are very small and hard to maneuver
The check in process was very simple and Andre was super helpful. Location is good. 2 separate rooms which offers a nice level of privacy.
Bathroom has an unbearable smell coming from the plumbing system. Hard to tell if it is just in this apartment or the entire building. Water pressure is weak, or the shower head should be replaced. Flushing is another pandora box, takes time to flush since the toilet tank fills up very slow - so probably the water pressure is a big issue.
Everything looked like this apartment was abandoned for a while and just re-opened for us with fresh towels and bedding, which not really sure how fresh those really were.
Again, the stench from the bathroom was so strong that when you come back after a long day walking Rome, this smell greets you right at the door.
There were no extra blankets, or hairdryer or clothing iron or even a tea pot. My friend asked for a warmer blanket since what we had were just duvet covers and no actual blankets, she was told that they donât have blankets and Andre brought us another thin throw blanket that didnât make a difference. He also brought a tea pot because we asked for it.
We didnât address any of the other issues because we didnât want to waste our vacation on fixing issues in this apartment and have people constantly come in and out. Also, there was a water outage once, luckily we were on the way out and it didnât happen in the most inconvenient moment.
Overall cleanliness is not good.
