There is a well equipped kitchen with all the modern appliances, a dining area with views out to the garden and a large living area with a wonderful fireplace, an ideal place to relax indoors, that leads to the outdoor patio with sheltered outdoor dining area and barbecue area.
The villa is tastefully furnished, the floors are in terracotta, bathroom in Siena marble, patio and fireplace made of travertine and river stones. Refined decorations and trompe l'oeil walls. The villa is perfectly cleaned and there is a gardener who takes care of the garden.
Fregene has very beautiful beaches and a fun set of beach bars and restaurants. Rome is easily accessible by train (20 minutes train ride from Maccarese/Fregene railways station to the Vatican).
CLEANING FEES ARE 180 EUROS AND MUST BE SETTLED ON SPOT FOR FISCAL REASONS
