Loved the property, great views, great location, very spacious and clean. My only complaint is that you do have to go up many flights of stairs. 96 steps to be specific and when you are carrying luggage, that’s rough. I will say that Francesco was great, he even helped us carry some luggage which was very nice. With all that said, I would highly recommend as long as you travel light.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Nikis Maison Navona. The apartment is exactly as described—spacious, clean, and very well-equipped. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, it comfortably accommodated us. We didn’t really use the kitchen much during our stay because we mostly ate out and enjoyed exploring Rome’s amazing restaurants and cafés. That said, it was convenient having the kitchen available for light snacks and cold drinks, especially after a long day of sightseeing. The terrace was a great bonus for relaxing in the evenings with a drink in hand or espresso in the morning.The central location made it easy to walk to all the major sites around Rome, from Piazza Navona to the Vatican. Be aware that the apartment is on the 4th floor of a historic building with no elevator, so the stairs were a bit of a workout—but manageable and worth it for the views and charm.We highly recommend this apartment for families or groups looking for a comfortable and authentic Roman experience.
