Great location and super helpful staff at all time. I would highly recommend it. My dad needed to go to a hospital and they recommended me a great hospital nearby. The receptionist was always very attentive and always went the extra mile.

My mother, daughter and I LOVED our stay at the Princeps. Our room was fairly small but so well designed that it completely suited our needs (one thing to be aware of is that--at least in our room--there were no drawers to unpack clothes into so be prepared to live out of your suitcase). The complimentary breakfast was wonderful--many different options. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. We arrived on a red eye several hours before check in and they let us eat breakfast and hang out in the dining facility until our room was ready. They also ensured that my daughter, who arrived at 1AM, got into our room safe and sound and packed us a boxed breakfast for a morning when we needed to leave early. The location is excellent--lots of places to eat within a few blocks, subway station a 7 minute walk and not too far to Coliseum, Pantheon and Trevi Fountain. I would highly recommend Princeps!

Had a wonderful stay here. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The whole place, including the room was very clean, no concerns. They provided food recommendations, would provide transportation suggestions and help if needed. Allowed us to store luggage and get breakfast when we arrived early before check in time. Was reasonably close to metro stations making it easy to get around. I would stay here again!

The hotel is on the 4th floor of a building so the entrance wasn’t immediately obviously. But the hotel is so lovely, staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, lots of options for me as a vegan. There was also a drinks area you can use all day and they leave any cakes from breakfast for guests to take all day. The area is lovely, opposite the Basilica. Termini is a ten minute walk away and the Colosseum 15 mins away. There’s plenty of nice restaurants just a couple of minutes away
