Propre, calme et bien équipé.

L'appartement est vraiment bien et j'ai surtout apprĂ©ciĂ© la propretĂ© en arrivant, vraiment rien Ă  redire. L'appartement se situe entre deux bouches de mĂ©tro accessibles en 10 minutes. Les commerces sont Ă  proximitĂ©. Il est vrai qu'il ne se situe pas au centre de Rome ce qui ne permet pas par exemple de revenir dans la journĂ©e mais le rapport qualitĂ© prix en prenant en compte ce relatif Ă©loignement est plus que parfait. La propriĂ©taire est trĂšs arrangeante, une simple dĂ©pose de clĂ© en repartant, pas de tracasserie. Quand les travaux en cours (mars 2018) autour de l'immeuble seront terminĂ©s l'ensemble du quartier sera vraiment parfait. MĂȘme avec les travaux l'appartement est calme pas de problĂšme.

L’appartamento Ăš una guest house in gestione su Expedia tramite un terzo sito partner. Fondamentale saperlo poichĂ© i costi sono maggiorati e questo non Ăš precisato se si prenota dall’app Expedia come ho fatto io. Dall’app non Ăš visibile l’intera descrizione dell’immobile, con caratteristiche e costi extra, per questo motivo consiglio prima di prenotare di vedere sul sito Expedia versione desktop poichĂ© al momento della consegna delle chiavi vengono richiesti dei costi extra riguardanti pulizie e tassa di soggiorno non dichiarati nell’app se non successivamente alla prenotazione. A parte ciĂČ l’appartamento Ăš funzionale, ben disposto e molto comodo, con una camera da letto matrimoniale, un bagno con doccia, una cucina ben attrezzata, un soggiorno con la tv e divano letto. Connessione Wi-Fi. Radio. Riscaldamento. La pulizia e il check-in sono affidati a Pina che Ăš estremamente gentile e disponibile cosĂŹ come Ăš premurosa e cordiale la padrona di casa. L’appartamento dista pochi minuti dalla metro B fermata Quintiliani, non illuminata la sera e poco frequentata ma si puĂČ comunque fare qualche passo in piĂč per raggiungere l’altra fermata metro. Sotto casa passano i bus che portano alla Stazione Termini e Tiburtina. La zona Ăš ricca di negozi, bar, pasticcerie, supermercati e con la metro B sono agevolmente raggiungibili tutte le zone di Roma. Il condominio Ăš silenzioso, ha l’ascensore e i vicini di casa sono estremamente cordiali. Buona esperienza a Roma!

Tranquillo in punto centrale.

Appartamentino veramente grazioso, ideale per chi voglia stare in tranquillitĂ , pur essendo ubicato in una zona a ridosso di un punto commerciale e di semplice collegamento stradale. Facile anche trovare parcheggio, per chi arriva in auto. Lo consiglio.

Casa pulitissima economica e in posizione strategica

L'appartamento Ăš in una palazzina ben curata, situata in una zona particolarmente silenziosa. Al nostro arrivo ci ha accolti la signora Pina, gentilissima e premurosa. L'appartamento, molto pulito, ha a disposizione anche una lavatrice, un forno a microonde, un tostapane e un forno convenzionale, oltre a tutto ciĂČ che solitamente si trova negli appartamenti piĂč organizzati: biancheria, stoviglie, detersivi, etc. E' dotato di un buon wifi. A poche centinaia di metri vi sono ristoranti, bar, lavanderia automatica, supermercati, pizzerie. La stazione ferroviaria Tiburtina Ăš raggiungibile a piedi in circa 15 minuti. La fermata Quintiliani della linea B della metro, dista circa 5 minuti a piedi. Abbiamo potuto notare che Ăš ben servita anche dagli autubus urbani, dei quali perĂČ non abbiamo usufruito. Abbiamo scelto questa posizione leggermente decentrata a causa di impegni in zona Tiburtina, ma il centro cittĂ  si raggiunge velocemente. Per questo motivo, si presta ad essere una buona base anche per chi si reca a Roma per una vacanza. La proprietaria, la signora Arianna, Ăš molto disponibile e fornisce con dovizia di particolari, ogni informazione necessaria per il soggiorno. Decisamente consigliato.

Wonderful accomodations

Our favorite Airbnb on our trip. Neighborhood feeling away from the tourist hub. We felt like a local and the apartment was complete with everything you could want. We made meals and could walk to the metro nearby to go into Rome. Grocery stores and restaurants nearby. We'd stay again if we were visiting Rome.

We liked our stay here. Apartment is clean and quite comfortable. ĐĄonvenient transportation scheme - 2 metro station is on short walk from the house...There are a lot of shops and cafe on the way to Tiburtina. Good solution for resonable money!

Beautiful apartment in a convenient location.

Because of construction, it was a little difficult to find, but well worth the effort. This apartment was everything I needed for my stay in Rome. It was beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. There was a full kitchen and a washing machine, but no dryer. The shades to the bedroom and kitchen are outside the window, and it took a little time to figure out how they worked, but they were actually very simple to manipulate once understood. There is an elevator as well. The location was about a 20 minute metro ride to the Colusseum and most of the major Rome attractions. Admittedly, because of construction on the road near the metro, the walk to the metro along a fenced off path might be a little sketchy at night, but as a woman traveling alone, I felt very comfortable walking there during the day. And this should only be temporary until the road work is done. I would definitely stay there again.

Comfortable stay in Rome

The apartment was good. Lots of room for the 2 of us and very well equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of parking, we left the car for 3 days and never had to drive into the city centre. The Metro is within 1/2 km and takes you right to the Colisseum or Vatican. The area seems a little rough but we had no problems finding good restaurants and groceries nearby. Only disappointment was the additional charges for cleaning and tourist tax which I overlooked when making the booking. The cost of visiting the big city I suppose!

4 Tage Aufenthalt

In Summe war die Wohnung sehr gut. Sie ist ausreichend mit Utensilien ausgestattet und großflĂ€chig geschnitten. Hat einen kleinen Balkon, der jedoch in Richtung Straße zeigt – dennoch kann man gut draußen sitzen. Das Haus sowie die Lage wo sich die Wohnung befindet ist sehr ruhig. Zur Metro ist zu Fuß gerade mal 5 Minuten entfernt. Im Vorfeld erhĂ€lt man eine detaillierte Auskunft sowie gegebenen Falls UnterstĂŒtzung fĂŒr die Anreise Warum „nur“ 4 Sterne? In der Anzeige bei Fewo wird irgendwo ganz unten auf Italienisch (blöd, wenn man kein Italienisch spricht so wie wir!!!!) 50 Euro Endreinigung verlangt, welche auch nicht im Gesamtpreis bei der Buchung aufgefĂŒhrt werden. Diese mĂŒssen bei der SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe Bar gezahlt werden. Zweiter Minuspunkt war die SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe. Hier muss man eine Nummer anrufen, damit man von einer Dame (nicht die Besitzerin) den SchlĂŒssel ausgehĂ€ndigt bekommt. Diese Dame spricht ausschließlich Italienisch und KEIN Englisch / Deutsch. Dadurch ist es uns sehr schwer gefallen zu erklĂ€ren das wir am Parkplatz auf sie gewartet haben. Alles in allem können wir die Wohnung dennoch mit ruhigem Gewissen weiterempfehlen, da sie ein optimales Preis-Leistungs-VerhĂ€ltnis hat und auch ansonsten sehr sauber und in einem guten Zustand ist.
