The Space:

A bright apartment for up to 4 guests. The bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, while the living room offers a sofa bed for two additional guests; there is one full bathroom, a separate kitchen and a dining area for shared meals. The real highlight is the panoramic private terrace, furnished with outdoor seating, where you can enjoy a coffee or a glass of wine with views over Rome. A washer and dryer, a laptop-friendly workspace, air conditioning, heating, a TV and fast Wi-Fi complete the comfort of this calm, characterful home in green Monteverde.



Guest Access:

The apartment is on the 5th floor of the building and there is no lift, so please be prepared for stairs, especially with heavy luggage. Guests have full, independent access to the entire apartment, including the panoramic private terrace, for the duration of the stay. Check-in is self-service via access code, available 24/7. Check-in instructions, including the access code, are sent on the day of check-in, once the apartment is ready and the conditions are met: online form completed with full and correct data and documents uploaded; city tax paid. Early check-in must be requested by 18:00 the day before; if approved, instructions are sent on the morning of the check-in day after 9:00, provided the conditions are met. Confirmation is subject to availability.



The Neighborhood:

Monteverde is a green, residential neighbourhood on the hills west of Trastevere, loved for its calm atmosphere, panoramic views and authentic Roman daily life. The vast Villa Pamphilj park, perfect for walks and running, is nearby, as is the scenic Gianicolo terrace with some of the best views of the city. Trastevere, with its trattorias, nightlife and cobbled lanes, is a short walk or bus ride away. A peaceful, characterful base away from the tourist crowds.



Getting Around:

Monteverde is well served by buses and trams connecting it to Trastevere, the historic centre and Termini. Trastevere and its train station are within walking distance or a short ride, giving access to regional trains and tram line 8 straight to the centre. The area is more residential than central, which is part of its charm; from here you can reach Rome's main sights comfortably by public transport, while enjoying a quieter base on the hills.

The apartment is on the 5th floor and there is no lift; please consider this when travelling with heavy luggage.

Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed by default. If needed, they must be requested by 18:00 the day before; confirmation is subject to availability.

The panoramic terrace is for the exclusive use of the apartment.

A cot/travel crib is available on request.

Cleaning: the apartment is delivered clean and sanitised before your arrival.

Luggage storage: we partner with Radical Storage, with storage points all over Rome. Guests get 10% off with our dedicated code.

Beds: by default prepared for the minimum number needed for the booked guests. Different configurations must be requested in advance.

Towels: one set per booked guest (body towel + face towel). Replacement towels available after 3 nights of stay.

Cleaning during the stay: for stays of at least 10 nights, one free cleaning on request after the first 5 nights. Additional cleanings available at a charge (same rate applied at booking).
