Stairs to lobby black marble and could not see Marilyn Fields almost fell and I did fall after missing 3 stairs. Was not handicap acessable. Unacceptible bed was king and not 2 twin beds also had 4 stairs to get to bed which I had to crawl up monkey style to sleep. I am leery about using travelocity again after our hotel experiences

It was a nice hotel. We could never get a straight answer from Travelocity or the Hotel. Our reservations accidentally showed for the duration of our 8 day trip. We only were staying for two days. They would not help us at all. So our 200.00 a night hotel turned into a 600.00 a night. It was not worth that. I am frustrated because no one would take ownership. Will not be using Travelocity in the future or the hotel.

the perfect place

Pros: Location, staff, wine bar, restaurant, ..... just about everything
Cons: i don't know
Location: Perfect location. Close to everything including metro, etc
this hotel is perfect . It is located very close to Spanish Steps, Metro and many other places you want to visit. We walked everywhere, took metro and had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, small hotel in the middle of everything you want to do in Rome.
