"Pros: bed was comfortable, front desk check in was kind and helpful Cons: the whole place smelled worse than the city dog shelter I volunteer at. Bedding was dirty, soap dispenser in shower was broken and laying in pieces, bathroom door didn’t close, holes in curtains; generally everything was in disrepair. Wouldn’t stay again."

"All those perfect/high ratings are not accurate. Those ratings had to be bought and paid for considering they were mostly the same. One review, “Nicely remodeled and repurposed building” - Dec ‘25. We stayed in the so called remodeled building and it was definitely done cheaply if at all. There were odors and had that damp feeling because it wasn’t conditioned well. The beds were not comfortable. The photos of their rooms and building are very well placed and staged. Another review mentioned of the customer not feeling safe there. I can see what he was referring to since it was decommissioned Air Force Base and now looks like an industrial park. Main thing people need to know is that those high reviews for this hotel are highly inaccurate. This hotel should be less than $100/night and people should know what they are getting themselves into."

"The 2nd floor was undergoing some work, so at the back stairway area, lots of debris in that area. Contractor should've vacuumed afterwards. The AC unit was loud, would've made falling asleep easier had the humming been lower. Overall, It was a decent experience. For the value, and convenience I will stay again."

"Tv didn't work and really needs updated. AC unit didn't work properly but I managed to get by."
