"The first thing i wasn't a fan of, was the customer service via some kind of computer. I didn't like the fact that people behind me were able to see my room number, I wasn't traveling alone but i would've been scared had i been alone with my children. And the location was sketchy.
Second, our room was a bit dirty, good thing we only stayed the night. Also, people kept knocking on our door in the middle of the night.
Thirdly, construction was so loud early in the morning. "
