We welcome you to enJOY EVL at Hilltop Haven. Minutes from enjoying all that Ellicottville (EVL) has to offer (skiing, hiking, biking, zip-lining, shopping and dining to name a few!), relax in this spacious retreat nestled on over 6 wooded acres. A 4x4 or AWD vehicle is an absolute MUST during the winter and early spring months to get up the private drive. Open the front doors and step into the cozy front foyer. Continue to the large, open two story living room, dining room and kitchen area. Warm up by the gas fireplace in the living room while looking through the wall of windows at the peaceful property. Enjoy preparing meals for everyone in the fully equipped kitchen. The house has 3 full bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a loft area to comfortably accommodate up to 15 guests. Looking for something to do at the house? Enjoy the basement game room, workout room and sauna. You can also retire to the outside sauna (yes, two saunas!) or sit fireside on the backyard deck.

Great stay – we hosted several families with small children and the house worked really well. The layout let the kids play in the basement while the adults chatted on the main floor. The kitchen was very well equipped, and we really enjoyed using the outdoor sauna. It was an extremely cold weekend, and the house stayed nice and warm.One note on access in winter: it’s a good idea to heed the host’s warning about needing AWD/4WD. There was a decent amount of snow the day we arrived; the main drive had clearly been plowed but was still a bit slippery. We were able to make it in a FWD minivan with snow tires, but if you’re unfamiliar with or uncomfortable driving in snow, it’s probably best to come in an AWD/4WD vehicle.

Overall pretty good

The property was very nice and clean! You will definitely need 4wd to get up the driveway. We enjoyed the amenities and games that were provided. However, one of the main highlights that we were looking forward to was using the indoor sauna. Unfortunately that was not working so we spent 25 minutes shoveling a path to the outdoor sauna. There is also a garage heater that was not working which would have been really nice. Overall very nice and clean property!

Hilltop Haven

Great stay at this property. House was fully stocked and with plenty of towels, linens, bathroom products etc. Property owner Joy responds quick and answered all questions. Very close to Hollimont and Holiday Valley Ski resort. Would recommend this property!

Wonderful weekend at Hilltop Haven!

We stayed at HH for a getaway snow sport weekend and enjoyed it immensely. The house is spacious yet cozy, clean, comfortable and fun! Lots of things for kids to do in game rooms downstairs and great space with living room and kitchen being so open. The rooms and beds were comfortable. Even though it was cold outside, inside was warm and toasty! Unfortunately we didn’t use the saunas but next time! Even loved the location and the fun of getting there away from crowds in town. Joy was very responsive and accommodating. Thank you for a great weekend!
