Light-filled spacious apartment near the sea

This apartment, with two balconies, is a lovely, spotless, homey place to experience Salerno. Across the street from a supermarket, 1+ block from the sea, 2 blocks from the metro station, 1-2 blocks from bus lines, several bakeries, gelaterias and restaurants within close walking distance, this is a great neighborhood location. Our host, Michele, watched for our taxi from the station and was ready to welcome us at the car doors. He has been a gracious source of info and help and translation whenever needed. I would highly recommend this place for a small family or up to 4 good friends, especially ones who like to walk and enjoy local life.

Zentral und trotzdem ruhig gelegen

Bei der Anreise hat Michele uns sofort geholfen, die Koffer aus dem Auto in die Wohnung zu tragen. Er war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zu der Wohnung selbst gehört noch ein Stellplatz in einem gesicherten Innenhof. Wir haben in unserem Ford Tourneo Custom zwei 125er Piaggio's mitgebracht und leider war der Parkplatz fĂŒr unseren Bus zu klein. Wir haben aber in der Umgebung immer einen Parkplatz gefunden und die zwei Roller haben wir bequem auf dem BĂŒrgersteig parken können. GegenĂŒber der Wohnung ist eine Postbank und ein EtĂ© Supermarkt, was sehr praktisch war. Der freie Strandabschnitt war fußlĂ€ufig 5 Min. entfernt. Vor Ort sind sogar Duschen, die man kostenlos benutzen kann. Das war super, so konnte man sich nach dem Baden im Meer das Salzwasser direkt abduschen. Nun zur Wohnung. Sie besteht aus 2 Schlafzimmern, 1 KĂŒche und einem Bad mit Dusche. Wir haben in dem SZ mit dem Doppelbett geschlafen und uns wie zu Hause gefĂŒhlt. Super bequemes Bett und genĂŒgend Platz fĂŒr die Anziehsachen in den SchrĂ€nken. Das andere SZ hat zwei Einzelbetten, wo bei es sich hier um 1 x 1,20 m und 1 x 0,9 m Betten handelt. Das Zimmer haben wir fĂŒr unsere leeren Koffer und als Lagerraum fĂŒr die EinkĂ€ufe genutzt. An dem Zimmer ist ein kleinerer Balkon, wo ein WĂ€schestĂ€nder vorhanden ist. Auf den großen Balkon gelangt man von dem anderen SZ und der KĂŒche. In der KĂŒche hat auch nichts gefehlt. Einzig hĂ€tte ich mir hier einen Schrank fĂŒr unsere Lebensmittel gewĂŒnscht. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Danke!

Lovely stay and great value

We really enjoyed our stay in Salerno. Easy to get around on buses to the Amalfi coast and supermarkets across the road. Property was very clean and felt homely inside. Nice touches such as juice in the fridge for us and some breakfast food on the table. Thanks so much!

Spotless apartment.

Well equipped, spotless, 3 balconies, 1 to sit out and enjoy the sun, 5 minutes to beach. Michelle and Fabio very helpful. If you don't speak Italian we would suggest you get a good app on your phone, very little english is spoken or translated on menus and its very difficult ordering food. People were very friendly and helpful with directions.

Casa dotata di tutto il necessario anche per soggiorni lunghi. Manca solo la lavastoviglie. Ottima la posizione logistica con tutti i servizi a due passi, compreso il parco ed il mare. A completare il tutto il posto auto riservato. Ottimo.
