Cosy chalet "Casot Brusa", 1'750 m a.s.l.. 9 km from the centre of Sampeyre, 20 km from the centre of Casteldelfino, 43 km from the centre of Saluzzo, in a secluded position on a slope. Private: property 500 m2 with meadow. 9 km long narrow motor access (mountain road). Stepped path to the house. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 9 km, railway station "Costigliole di Saluzzo" 35 km, outdoor swimming pool 11 km. Walking paths from the house 20 m. Please note: animals in the neighbourhood. The final 500m of the access road are on a steep gravel path which is not suited for low-slung cars. Pool and facilities for shared use (for a fee) at the residence Torinetto in approx. 11 km.

Calme, paisible, 1700m d’altitude. Un grand espace pour les enfants, chalet récent très confortable. Pour les amoureux de la nature, si vous avez les oreilles et les yeux affûtés vous pourrez surprendre des marmottes au col de Sampeyre

Netjes, typische bergwoning, hoog gelegen met prachtig uitzicht, ver weg van alle drukte
Ideale ligging voor een digitale detox(geen WiFi of 4G), prachtig gelegen op 10km van Sampeyre. De rit naar boven gaat langs smalle bergwegen waarvan het laatste stukje wel erg steil is.
