The property and room was breathtaking. The bar service at infinity pool was exceptional no complaints. My room was 2414 with a balcony and ocean view. The only problem we had was the AC vent would leak next to the bathroom dripping down, so we used a bucket they would come and clean and remove the bucket but it would start dripping again and we would have to wake up to put the trash can to collect the water. We stayed 4 nights. Food was great at the restaurants.

All personnel was fantastic and very helpful. Everyone greeted us during our stay. The restaurant Sea & Rocks was just fantastic by the sea. At night time it’s so romantic. They have security patrolling at all times in the property. Makes you feel safe.

This place is amazing!!!! The staff is very friendly, the view is like a dream. I will definitely go back. Just be careful with purchasing tickets for other activities like going to isla mujeres or Xcaret. I found it is more expensive if you buy it with them. Otherwise, I love this place!!!!

Nice quiet spot.

Relaxed and had fun. Nice beach 50 yards away, and pool area was great. Didn't do the buffet but looked great.
