We stayed here for a couple of nights before leaving Cancun, and the beachfront access alone gives this property great value. The rooms were clean and comfortable, though the bathrooms could definitely use better ventilation. The sports bar had plenty of food options, and everything we tried was surprisingly good. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here.

Perfectly ok property. Not as nice as my timeshare properties but a good place to visit Cancun. Location (at south end of Kulkulcan Blvd) not as good as hotels farther north.
