The workers were awesome! The consigners were annoying & we booked a cinote trip without their help for much cheaper! The room we stayed in did NOT have a microwave but the food was awesome! $50 dinning credit (per day, per person) was spot on perfect. We spent $400/800 allotted and it was refunded. They have 6 pools to choose from for swimming & the facility was very clean! I also saw a baby turtle being born!! Will come back and highly recommended!!

The property was nice with comfortable rooms and very good beds. However, the bathrooms felt quite old, and I didn’t like that the water in the shower doesn’t drain properly — it tends to pool and overflow, which was uncomfortable. The pool itself is nice, but it’s not very deep, so swimming was a bit difficult. The staff were very kind and always greeted us with a smile — I can’t complain about their service at all. Unfortunately, like many places in Cancun, the hotel was affected by sargassum seaweed, which was a bit of a downside. One other thing I didn’t appreciate was the hotel’s pushy timeshare sales approach. They want guests to dedicate an hour to a presentation, which I declined.

The property is great for the traveler on budget. You dont need a fancy room when youre supposed to be outside enjoying cancun. Room was very nice. Pools were awesome! Wait staff fantastic. Carolina my assigned cong person took amazing care of me. In communication close to my arrival and took care of my requests!

We had an excellent experience at this hotel. Everything was wonderful very clean, well-organized, and with a great location. The staff at the reception and throughout the hotel were always attentive and ready to help with anything we needed. The pools were spotless, and the whole environment was very pleasant. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!
