Check in was easy and the hotel and rooms were super clean. Close to the airport and Old Town San Diego, which was nice. No shuttle though so we kept our rental car an extra day.

Everything was good overall. Parking is affordable compared to other hotels. I loved that they offer a simple hot breakfast buffet; however, the breakfast area is very small and the lines get quite long, so we usually took our food back to our room to eat. One downside was that the elevator near our room was broken, so we had to use the stairs. On a positive note, the front desk staff were friendly and accommodating, which made our stay pleasant.

Excellent customer service, super clean hotel, and quite close to the airport and other places in San Diego. The breakfast is good, the cafeteria is a little small for the number of rooms and it gets quite crowded. But the comfort of the rooms and the cleanliness deserve 5 stars.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the amenities were good, including the well-appointed fitness room, and the room was ample, clean and in good condition. The reason for the three star rating is the bait-and-switch surprise added charge of $25/day parking fee. I’ll not be staying at this hotel again.
