This is such a beautiful hotel. It’s super close to everything, the pier is a walking distance, the staff were super nice and accommodating. The rooms were squeaky clean and beautiful. My overall experience here was a 10/10! I would definitely come and stay here in the near future.

My stay was perfect except the fact that I was supposed to get a room with a view of the city but a wall was in front of my window Room 466 Please put a coffee machine in the room it is really unpleasant to go downstairs to get one

The staff were very friendly and the resort was clean. I did like the location - walking distance to the Wharf and Little Italy. I didn’t like paying $63/day for parking nor - $33/day resort fee. I don’t feel accommodations warranted additional fees. Free coffee in the morning isn’t worth $33/day.

Did not like the a la carte dining options when Expedia lists this hotel in its breakfast included filter. Convenient location, but pool not open long, some room amenities are a la carte as well. Recommend only for the location.

Overall stay was good due to the close proximity to fishermen’s wharf. Staff was nice however check in and check out lines are long and slow moving. The games and post cards were above perk The rooms particularly the bathroom are dated and smelled like mildew.

When I arrived late at night, the computer system was down, and I was unable to check in properly. I had to stay in a temporary room for the night. The next morning, I was asked to re-check in, which involved a long wait. This experience was frustrating and inconvenient. I hope the customer service and check-in process can be improved in the future, especially when systems are undergoing updates.

We had a pleasant stay at Caza Hotel, and a big part of that was thanks to Aia at the front desk. She is an absolute gem—super sweet and genuinely welcoming. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel at home. Aia explained our booking clearly, offered us two room options to choose from, and even shared helpful insights about the city. Her warm and friendly demeanor really stood out—we’ve stayed in many hotels before, but I’ve never missed a front desk person like we did when she wasn’t there during our last two days. She also provided us with some discount cards that could be used at nearby restaurants, which was a thoughtful touch and added convenience. The room itself was okay, nothing exceptional but comfortable enough. The location of the hotel is great, and room service was good as well. We did experience a discrepancy in the bill, but it was handled promptly and professionally. Just a heads-up: billing issues can only be resolved after the manager arrives at 8 AM, which might be a slight inconvenience for early check-outs. Overall, a good stay made memorable because of Aia’s exceptional hospitality.
