Heating/Ac very noisy. This was the first hotel that did not have a coffee maker, fan in the bathroom, microwave. The site was clean and the staff efficient. With both the clogged toilet and noisy heater, maintainence was fast and knowledgeable. Did hate the picture of Golden Gate Bridge being attacked by a huge octopus.

We were very excited to stay. However, lots of onsite issues. Underground parking that you pay for is not monitored/no cameras. Our rental car was severely scratched within the first 12 hours. Informed staff and was basically told tough luck. There are business/garages below our partial view room and they were banging and moving stuff starting at 2am until 9am everyday. Toilets were very noisy, doors are broken to the room and bathroom. Informed staff and they didnt get have an answer, they had someone come fix the toilet but it started making noises again the next day. If you have a family the gaming area is amazing, walking distance to the wharf was amazing.
