I like that it's within walking distance of Chinatown, which has ample shopping and food. I did not like that I booked and paid for a room with a king size bed and received a room with a queen size bed. When i inquired about a solution, they said they couldn't do anything as they were booked and do not offer any refunds. I did not request a full refund, only the difference in the room prices, but I was denied.

I enjoy my stay!

Always a great stay! Rooms are large, it’s an older Motor Inn yet impeccable clean. Busy Broadway street central to everything. Rooms are quiet.

Hotel is clean and room was comfortable. Hotel staff was courteous and attentive. Location is very good as you can easily walk to local areas - Chinatown, North Beach, Fisherman’s Wharf, and the Financial District. It’s also just around the corner from City Lights Books.
