Perfect location. The place is cozy, clean, and modern. It’s close to the ocean, and you can hear the waves from the room. Parking is right by the units. I appreciated having a fridge and microwave. Everything was well kept. I’ll stay here again whenever I’m in between places in Central California. No AC. They did have a ceiling fan.

Property was rundown, moldy, rusted and dusty. If you have respiratory issues don’t stay here. The AC/Heat unit is filthy. The fan doesn’t work. There was dirt and hair on the floor and clean towels. I brought the issues up to the property manager on duty. He couldn’t care less. Save your money stay elsewhere.

Decent motel close to the Fisherman's Wharf area. (Short drive) We found no problem with the key working. Just be patient with it. Checked in at 3 so we had a selection of parking spots to choose from. Be careful if showering as the tile can be slippery.
