The view from my room on the second floor was to see the hvac system and the windows of an apartment building. The water in the shower was cold where it was supposed to be hot and hot where it was supposed to be cold. Breakfast had plenty of choices and was very well organized by the staff to get a table. I have to wait 5 business days to get my damage deposit back, they charged my credit card, but did not credit it back at check out.

Checking in was supposed to be easy, unfortunately not in my situation front desk she was not friendly, not accommodating, i’ve asked for a solution couldn’t offer anything and i have to figure it out myself I’ve asked to ask the manager. The second time I’ve tried to check in good thing it wasn’t the same person (i’m not naming them) he was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Working as a front desk and representative of a company you should be friendly, try your best to help, and A SMILE is not a hard thing to do. There’s a bit of a smell in our room, I’ve also noticed MOLDS in the washroom and hallways. Just being honest here! But the location is very accessible.
