Costa Verde Inn is the perfect setting from which to enjoy the serene countryside in the mountains just outside of the capital - or the fascinating, one day tours and adventures which we will be happy to arrange for you.

In the main building, we have eight inn rooms for two, three or four people depending on the room’s size and bed arrangements, with cable TV, telephone, wireless internet, ceiling and floor fans and private bathroom.

The Inn has secure large private parking areas for easy accommodation of 25 cars. We do not restrict the number of parking spaces used by any single room.

This place was a great find! The staff were extremely helpful, they waited for us to arrive at 12:30am when our flight was delayed.(thank you Allen and Ralphie!) It was our first time in CR and we peppered Allen with questions and he was very helpful and informative. We got to experience a great restaurant and a wonderful scenic drive to La Fortuna based on his suggestions. The rooms were very clean and cool. Breakfast was simple and delicious. 10/10 would stay here again.

Very nice locality (residential), extremely quite and slightly away from the city but taxis (uber etc) are easily available. Many nice restaurants within 2 miles and there is a supermarket within 0.6 miles. The residence is very well kept and elegant. Overall we enjoyed the stay. Only- for the bathroom, we had to climb a couple of steps in the room (1st floor)- okay with us but if you are in a condition unable to do that, should request ground floor.

Peaceful escape

We got to the inn late at night after a long day of travel and they helped us with our bags to our unit and it was a perfect relaxing place to finally rest. The staff were kind and so helpful as we made plans for travel the following morning. Rooms were clean and the grounds were quiet and well kept. Even though we only stayed for the one night, we will definitely be back again in the future!

Nice place to stay

It was a cute place to stay. Loved the shower. And the maid was AMAZING. If I had a need she was quick to help out. Every morning they offer coffee. I had done a tour at a coffee place and loved the coffee. When I bought some and asked the maid if I could drink the specific coffee I bought, she brewed the one I had. I wish I could bring her with me to the States. Hahaha.

Really nice cabin style rooms, rustic and really clean, the two rooms we stayed at had a stove, microwave, refrigerator and a sink plus plates and silverware, also a really nice front porch area where you can sit and enjoy a nice cold drink while listening to the birds. Both rooms were at the bottom so I would have to say you can hear people above you walking. The breakfast is a typical gallo pinto, eggs, fruit, juice and coffee, the ladies running the kitchen Adela and Rosalin were both super nice and very attentive, my husband drinks coffee fast and they kept coming to refill our cup all the time. Front desk was always helpful and even managed to schedule a ride to the airport from there and ask if we needed any tours, it looks they can book them for you . We will definitely stay there again next time we go.

This is a gem of a place! Very quiet and peaceful. This is the real Costa Rica. Every corner is like a little museum containing history of Costa Rica. Very unique and very appreciated.

Wonderful place to stay

Our first night in Costa Rica,we were late getting here after renting a car etc. The manager stayed late for us and made sure we were comfortable. Great beds and clean rooms and good breakfast,Doesn’t get any better.
