Modern, comfortable, well supplied, quiet & safe villa in a beautiful gated neighborhood on the 500 acres of the Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Resort. The second story villa’s large balcony provides spectacular views of the El Yunque Tropical Rainforest & the Greg Norman designed Mameyes River Golf Course. Within the gated resort & only 5 minutes from the villa is a magnificent mile golden sand beach. Area attractions include multiple rainforest trails/sites, coffee haciendas, & the largest marina in the Caribbean.

Superior Condo in Extraordinary Location

Well appointed, attractive & comfortable condominium located within the 500 spectacular acres of the Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Rainforest, Golf & Beach Resort. Spacious accommodations with a supersized balcony overlooking the Greg Norman designed River Course, the Mameyes River valley, & the peaks of the El Yunque Rainforest. Very safe & friendly environment with 24/7 staffed gated security. Beautiful neighborhood pool, magnificent beach club, & access to restaurants, bars, & casino at the resort. Tomas was a very responsive & gracious host.

Excellent Vacation

This property was amazing! The Villa had everything that was listed in the description and much more. Tomas was very transparent with the whole process and replied to all my texts and messages in a quick and efficient manner. There was an issue with one of the A/C units, and Tomas had the problem fixed very quickly. I highly recommend this listing.

The property was beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. The pool near the beach was a perfect setting for us and our toddler. We enjoyed all the accommodations on the property. Tomas was easy to get ahold of if we needed anything and super friendly. We definitely enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful property

Property was perfect for our vacation. The patio is fabulous and has a great view of the golf course and the rainforest. Beautiful place to spend the morning. Golf cart is a must to rent. Easy way to get to the beach club or the hotel. We spend most of our days swimming at the beach and ventured off the property a few days to see El Yunque, Culebra and Old San Juan. Tomas was very responsive to our issues. Would definitely come back!

Beautiful Villa

The villa is spacious and comfortable, and made for a very enjoyable stay for our family of 4. We enjoyed taking the golf cart to the Beach club pool and beach area, as well as the pool closer to the villa. You aren't able to use the hotel pool, but the Beach club had a mellow relaxing atmosphere when we were there, and had a terrific smoothie truck open on weekends. The villa has two balconies with beautiful golf course views, and all the amenities we wanted (smart TVs, even a gaming system in second bedroom, washer and dryer).

This property was perfect in every way!

We were so lucky to find Tomas’ place. The villa is located on the Wyndham Rio Mar resort property, and we still had access to the amenities, beach, resort pools, etc. Recommend renting the golf cart which allowed us to roam the property and take to the resort/beach, approx 5 min away. Property also had a small pool within walking distance. Beautiful interior with large veranda with rainforest and golf course views. Full kitchen, washer/ dryer everything we needed for our family vacay. Tomas was a great communicator, responsive and accommodating in every way. Location is also close to many island activities- 20/30 min to rainforest, ziplining, snorkeling tours and about 40 min from Old San Juan we were right in the middle of it all and yet still had all the comforts of home. We will definitely recommend to family and friends and hope to return ourselves.
