The villa is situated right on the water. Kayak is available for sailing. The kitchen and bathroom are on ground floor are open air. Bedroom and 2nd toilet is located upstairs. Bedroom consists just of king size bed and night tables attached to the wall, no closet space. The area provides easy contact with nature and privacy, though is distant to dining and stores (about 20 min, drive).
This property is old and it smells also communication is so poor

The property is quite stunning with its view. Could not be closer to the water. Beds were a bit hard for our liking so we bought mattress toppers at Walmart and slept just fine. Would be nice if shower water was a bit warmer but it sufficed. Property advertises a jacuzzi tub. While technically this correct, it is NOT a hot tub. Water is not heated. Feel like this should be clarified in the listing. The sliding glass doors to both bedrooms need some maintenance…extremely loud and hard to slide and lock. Was a very peaceful stay except for the party animal neighbors we had for 3-4 nights. Their first night my son had to ask them to pipe down at 4:15am after a full night of very loud music and drunken behavior. Was happy when they checked out and thankful we were gone most of the time anyway. The road to the property is long and winding and pretty rough, so depending on type of vehicle you are driving it could be a slow, bumpy experience. The best “amenity” we found with the place was a beautiful black/tan island dog that adopted us during our stay. We named her “Mommy” and enjoyed her visits very much. She loves ribs! So, if you see her, give her a pat (when she finally lets you) and tell her we miss her! Despite the negatives, all of our group would stay there again.
View was everything. Saw a few roaches and ants were everywhere. Floor plan is a bit to open for my liking anyone can access the property. Also there was a stray dog there I guess other guests feed it so it hangs around anticipating food. But the views were great. I would stay again

This property is absolutely gorgeous. I was worried about the openness of the floor plan but felt very safe during our stay. The beach is walking distance. There’s a kayak you’re free to use. My kids had a blast with it. There are shops and restaurants within a 10 minute drive.
I will most definitely book this place again in the future.
Only downfall is that there are tons of birds that are always looking for food. Keep your stuff put up. We learned the hard way.
Exactly what I wanted, not for everyone.. wonderful private property right on the water and we loved that wildness so much !!!perfect for comunicación with Mother Nature.
The stay was great only concerns was that one of the bedrooms doors wouldn't lock so didn't feel like it was very safe, and the bedframe was broken (which they came and fixed right away) and if the property is fixed meaning the doors lock, I'd definitely stay again. And I do recommend it as the place is close to every basically and the view it's amazing as well.
Cat “lives on property “ peed on our stuff had kittens in our kitchen destroyed our food. Roaches in the bathrooms noises all day long cutting the yard with a weed eater all day long it was very unpleasant got food poisoning every place we went too in the surrounding areas . Would not recommend . Tried to contact the property and no service or email replies back at this time
This place is amazing. Once we checked in, we instantly inquired about an extension. We could not stay for just 1 night. You have everything you need to escape from reality here. The beach is amazing to walk during low tide and when it’s high tide, the kayak is there to use. The pool (jacuzzi) was relaxing. I am definitely looking forward to staying here again.

The property was great for us on our honeymoon. The room was nice, downstairs bathroom was clean and spacious, the pool was great. The hot water for the pool/hot tub didn’t work but it wasn’t a problem. It warmed up during the day and was great to cool off in. Some minor issues with drawers getting stuck or sliding out on their own but nothing major. It would have been nice to know that maintenance workers would show up from time to time before hand so my wife wasn’t caught off guard by a random individual on the back deck but just adding a note in the check in text message would be perfect for future guests. 7/10 and would be happy to stay there again.

The pool was dirty throughout my whole stay, couldn’t even use it nor my daughters. The lock on one of the rooms was broken. Anyone can access the property. The kayak was gone and a cooler appeared out of no where. The downstairs toilet broke. Then I ask for more hours at the property because my flight was delayed and they wanted to charge me a whole night even tho I complained about the pool and the lock on one of the rooms. No fast response either and the lack of customer service! Overall terrible. The only one who was very nice and helpful was the maid who is also under pay for cleaning and maintaining that place. The lady tried to fix my door, something that she shouldn’t be doing, she tried cleaning the pool, also something that she is not paid to do and the pool was still dirty. Stay at your own risk. This was not the experience I wanted to have with my daughters.

Overall it was a very nice rental. Despite some of the reviews i decided to stay and experience it for myself. It was exactly what i was hoping for and what i needed. There was hot water, clean blankets and we were able to use the kitchen daily to make breakfast. The Villa has open kitchens to the deck but the bedrooms lock with a key that is provided. The views are beautiful and the AC works great. The location is very private but close to Fajardo and Luquillo. The beaches are within driving distances. I would recommend this stay and cant wait to plan my next stay at the villa.

The pool was out of order the whole time. The bathtub did not have hot water. There is no towel holder or hook for the towel to place. There are no cabinets or shelves where you can put your clothes, the floor is the only option. One of the bedrooms flooded during the rain. We need to be credited for the inconvenience. Sonya, who cleaned our place was the only good thing there who helped us at least with basic things.

This property is stunning- from the well thought out outside kitchen and bathroom area; a bathtub under the stars, modern concrete fixtures- it really is a gem. The rooms are upstairs and each have indoor powder rooms for convenience. Just off the property are amazing snorkeling opportunities. However, there are a few reasons for why this property is not making our review of the place excellent, and they are certainly fixable reasons: The condiments and convenience factors are low - there was only one single-use shampoo for each room and no hair dryer. Only one towel per person, which is not enough when snorkeling, beach, and water activities are clearly possible on site/nearby. The kitchen is poorly equipped for four person occupancy; with only two butter knifes, one wine glass, one tiny frying pan, which makes making eggs in the morning a tedious task. There were no tools to clean up after ourselves (multipurpose cleaning spray and paper towels would be welcomed). Bathrooms also lacked practicality, as there are limited hooks to hang bath towels on. Most importantly- the highlight of the advertised pictures of the place showcases a jacuzzi and a beautiful outdoor bathtub. However, the hot water was too sparse and inconsistent to fill the tub (and no heat for the jacuzzi) so we refrained from gazing at the stars from a cold tub. Had the hot water been working and the place better equipped for people staying longer than one night, this place would be truly exceptional.
We loved the view- it sure is hard to beat waking up to a sunrise over the ocean. My only recommendation to the property owners would be to add hooks or luggage racks to the rooms. The minimalist vibe is great, but it wasn’t so great having stuff on the floor or taking up couch space with your suitcase. A dresser or desk would have made a huge difference.
The view was beautiful. But it doesn't make up for no hot water for a whole week nor did the hot tub work. Very disappointing on my first trip ever to Puerto Rico
