10 mins drive to Isla Verde beach and San Juan airport. Very close to Restaurants, Supermarkets, Mall of San Juan, Plaza Carolina and Plaza Escorial shopping mall. Renting a car is recommended to get around, the house is located 6 minutes from major rental office (Marginal Los Angeles).

Clean, as expected. Great place to stay for a semi local place near San Juan area. Language barrier in the neighborhood if you don't speak spanish.

Great place for the price!

Great place for the price! Rafael was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Property itself was pretty and clean. The neighborhood was a bit loud, as some reviews mentioned, but overall happy with our stay.

Not so courteous neighbors

The neighbors were not too courteous. A couple of times they were very noisy in the middle of the night and would park in front of the property all the time but other than that everything was good.

Great cozy and safe home

Thank you Rafael got giving us peace of mind. He responds promptly and professionally. House has everything you need to cook and a few amenities like coffee, cooking oil, and seasoning. We enjoyed cooking here, everything was clean, and the ac works great. We never felt unsafe, and the neighbor was very kind and friendly. She is a taxi driver :) so glad we stayed here, would stay again, highly recommend!
