Clean rooms, well kept property, quit area, confortable rooms, very nice people. I highly recommend this if your not into loud party scenes and want to get your rest. The rates are reasonable.

One step up from camping.

I understand this is an island and college kids go to let loose here. But advertising should reflect that when you book a place. For the Birds Nest, the ad should read:’Our property will make you feel like you’re still on campus. Includes dirty walls, black mold in the bathroom, no Kleenex, loud parties at night and sticky floors.’ The real disappointment was trying to convey thoughts to the owner. He actually thought the conditions were acceptable.

Simple, clean, great location

This is the second time we've stayed at the Bird's Nest and will definitely stay again. The new owners have done a great job with updating and maintaining the space. Service was great (they called us to check in over the phone--super convenient) and the room was spotless. Pool is nice. Easy to get a cab to downtown PIB or just a short bike ride. Very reasonable rate for the island.
