Hotel is out dated and they give you dirty looking towels that you can see through. My AC didn’t work, but that guy that worked overnight came and checked it and replaced it the next day. Staff was great. I would stay again, but bring my own towels next time

Nasty

The pictures you see on hotels, booking and site isn’t what you will pull up to. This place was nasty. Plug in didn’t work. Door didn’t close properly. Water kept dripping from shower from the last person because I wouldn’t step foot in there. Couldn’t hear tv on full volume.

Good economic room that's close to park.

Let me start with that this hotel is exactly what I expected for the cost of a night. The room was small and had the "landlord special" vibe to it. But it was clean and comfortable for the night we stayed. Staff at the front was welcoming and nice. Pool looked nice but didn't get a chance to use it. If you don't demand luxury and want a clean room that is close to Cedar Point and don't want to spend an arm and a leg, this place works well. Again it may not be 5 star, but I didn't pay 5 star money for it, so it lived up to all expectations and requirements.

This place is dirty. Zero stars. The owner needs to sink some money into and it could be so much better. The staff is very nice!! However, there were feces on our floor, broken A/C, garbage on the floor of our room, the bathroom...well glad I had my tetanus shot. Mattresses are thin cardboard, pillows as well.

You get less than you pay for

Room was not clean, bedding was stained and had holes, tv didn’t work, the room smelled weird, garbage all over the parking lot, loud area & the front desk attendant seemed very annoyed to have to check you in. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else.

My room wasnt ready for 2 hours after check in. When i got to the room the poor old man was making the bed and the only thing positive i could say was he told me they were clean sheets. The room stunk like smoke, paint chipping off the walls, shower height was at my chest and I am 6'2". pillows and towels looked so bad i went to walmart and purchased my own. If i hadnt paid in advance and had other options there is no way i would have accepted the room. The pool looked good from what i seen but with the state of the room i didnt dare let the kids use it

Dirty rooms, sink didnt work right, cable box and wires falling out of wall, cigarette burns on window sills and blankets, joint roach on stairs, stained linens, Hard bed with flat pillows...and the smell. Look we didnt expect the Ritz Carlton, but this was a awful. We couldnt even stay the first night. UPGRADED to the Rodeway Inn lol, at least their tvs worked thr bed had cushion left and their front desk was nice.

Very welcoming and the locals are very friendly. But for the pool, you will have to be careful because they just painted and you will be slipped. Other than that, the room is decent and had no problems.
