Pull out sofa not suitable for adults. Expedia or Hilton would not be flexible on breakfast vouchers. We paid for a suite with our 2 kids but nobody could help us get 2 more breakfasts. Especially as Expedia had one price for this.

It's time to invest in slip covers. The couch in my room was so gross. Pillows were weird. Bed was comfy, never got hot water, tub didn't drain well. The $2 bottle water is just tacky. The parking was a whole ordeal of paying to park at the hotel. Thstaff is incredible. Very friendly and very welcoming. The parking lot is not free. That is a whole ordeal. The balcony o got looked out to another building parking lot. I was shown a picture of a forest view. I probably won't be back.

Our room was very worn. It was missing a closet door in the entry, the door t the bedroom was warped and barely closed. There was a chunk of carpet missing in the threshold to bedroom. There were stains in furniture. The airrators in all three faucets needed to be replaced. The shower floor tile was grungy as well. All in all the room was underwhelming.

Good location to visit Santa Cruz. It’s $20 a day to park 😒 and no other options. Coffee shop down the road had good coffee and muffins. Rooms are ok to good. Took a long time to get hot water and bathroom wallpaper coming away from wall. But bed was comfortable and AC worked. Had to walk up a flight of stairs to find a working ice maker. If you get a room away from the road you don’t hear it, which is a plus.

Stayed for Memorial Day weekend. Hotel is very nice. $17 for overnight parking. No complementary breakfast. Pool was very busy at 5pm on Sunday evening. Full of children but what can I say it was Memorial Day weekend. Room was nice and clean.
