This stunning, two-story oceanfront condo has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Please note there are stairs in the unit. Enjoy remarkable views of the ocean from your private second-floor patio and the upstairs master bedroom.

Upstairs, the master bedroom features a king bed, large plasma TV, and breathtaking ocean views. The second bedroom includes a twin and double bed, while the living room has an air mattress for additional guests. This layout is perfect for families—put the kids to bed upstairs while enjoying quiet evenings on the main level or sipping coffee on the balcony while listening to the ocean waves.

The condo is fully stocked for beach fun, including beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, toys, towels, and a cooler. There are two fully remodeled bathrooms, linens, towels, and free high-speed WiFi for your convenience.

Please be advised that a condo building is being built on the property next to Paradise Beach Club. There is currently no active construction or noise on-site and it will not impact any building amenities, like the pool or beach access. The building is set further back from the ocean than Paradise Beach Club so you will still have a view of the beautiful beach & ocean but the new building is visible from the balcony.

Important Accessibility Information: While the building has an elevator, please note that units 214, 215, 216, 217, 229, 230, and 231 are split-level with stairs inside. Additionally, all bedrooms are located upstairs, requiring stair use. Please be aware that there is no elevator access to the bedrooms, and the property is not wheelchair accessible. We want to ensure you have all the necessary details before booking.

🐾 Please Note: While dogs are welcome in this condo, the beach directly in front of the building is not pet-friendly. However, there are several dog-friendly beach spots just a short drive away—perfect for an oceanside walk with your pup!
