Grab your flip flops and head to the beach! This popular 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Spinnaker has easy access to many of the favorite amenities unique to Seabrook Island such as: Seabrook's Pelican Beach, Seabrook Island House and Golf Courses, and Seabrook Beach Club to name a few. Spend your day lounging by the pool or enjoying the 3.5 miles of pristine beach with gentle ocean waves to keep you cool.

This elevated beach house has plenty of room for your coastal gathering. Once inside the vaulted ceiling and wall of windows in the spacious great room highlight the natural beauty of Seabrook. Comfortable furniture and new floors make this area a great family space to enjoy games, reading or watching tv. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully stocked for your convenience.

The dining room, adjacent to the great room has a large table with seating for 6. Sliding doors lead to the outdoor deck where there is a picnic table and propane grill for your barbecuing delight.

The spacious primary bedroom is upstairs and has a king bed and upholstered chaise lounge chair. Sliding doors on both sides of the master lead to dual private decks that are perfect for sipping sweet tea and watching the Seabrook wildlife as the day unfolds. The bathroom is ensuite with a tiled shower.

The guest room is on the first level and can sleep 4 with a queen bed plus a full size bed as well as a wall mounted tv. The full guest bath is located in a private hall just outside the guest room.

Three smart televisions and WiFi are available for all guests when you are not at the beach enjoying the day.

There is also a laundry room on the the first level with a stacked washer and dryer for your convenience.

This Spinnaker welcomes up to (2) dogs with required additional fees per pet to apply. The outdoor shower on the lower level is perfect for rinsing off pets and sandy toes!

Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 2
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass

LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver's license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Amenity access, allowing you access to the Seabrook Island Club amenities, is INCLUDED at no additional cost in this rental
Seabrook Island is a cashless island. Once you arrange access through the Seabrook Island Club Amenity Office via the link we provide, your credit card will be linked to an in-app digital QR code for all purchases. Your QR code also acts as your "key" to enter all Club and Lake House facilities.
What's Free after SIC Amenity access is set up: Use of the Beach Club oceanfront pools and the Lake House outdoor pool.

Sweet spot for island getaway

Great place for an island getaway. The property is as advertised and great to host guest. The beach is close, the golf course is closer!! Communication was great and easy check in. Get the amenity card so you can access the pool and restaurant etc… this will be communicated before your stay so just do it!!

Great location!

Overall, we had a wonderful vacation! It was a great location! It was near beach accesses and pool. The place itself was comfortable. The cleanliness was the only four star. There were some stains on the carpet upstairs (probably from pets). Besides that very clean!

Here’s your review formatted for VRBO and under the 1500-character limit:⸻Favorite Spinnaker Condo Yet – Perfect for Families with Teens!We had a wonderful stay at this condo as a family of four (2 adults, 2 teens). The layout was perfect—our teens had their own bedroom and bathroom, which gave everyone space and privacy. The screened-in patio was a great touch for morning coffee or evening relaxing. Our only suggestion would be to add more lounge furniture out there.The condo is nicely decorated, clean, and very comfortable. Beds and couch were great. The location is ideal—directly across from beach access and just a short walk (5 min) to the Beach Club pool. The included amenity cards were a huge plus, and we loved that the condo is pet-friendly.We recommend renting an LSV—it made getting around easy and fun. Communication with the property manager was smooth and responsive. One great surprise: the listing didn’t mention it, but there were beach chairs and a wagon under the patio. This is our favorite Spinnaker unit we’ve stayed in. It had great amenities, but a couple of small things would make it even better—like providing hand soap, measuring cups and a pizza cutter. Again, these were just minor inconveniences. Overall, we highly recommend this condo and would absolutely stay again!

Family vacation

We absolutely love Seabrook and have been going there for 20+ years. Spinnaker is a great location to the beach and the pool club and a good size to entertain. This particular unit was very dated and could use some basic upgrades.

We found the condo to be very nice. We read other reviews that knocked this condo as a bit aged. While it isn't as high-end as some, we found it to be very nice and comfortable. Would rent again.
