We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to 545 Tarpon Pond Cottage. The location was serene and peaceful. A perfect spot for relaxing and enjoying the beauty of the Low Country. The house was clean. spacious and bright with comfortable furniture and beds. We hope to be back again for another stay
Thouroughly enjoyed our stay on Seabrook. The house was well appointed, comfortable, and clean. We really liked the sun porch overlooking the golf course and creek. Was a little confused about bike accesiblity, there are bikes at the house but they are locked, one needs to rent. Other than that everything went smoothly. Enjoyed pickle ball and beach walks as well as nightly sunsets.
I loved my stay on Seabrook Island! I stayed here with my 2 small dogs and we loved everything about it! I think I loved Freshfield Village the most! You have to try the sweet tea fried chicken at Kings Grill lol. Iâm disappointed that I didnât see any wildlife but then Iâm not lol. This was a great place for a quiet stroll day or night. I do have a piece of advice ⊠DO NOT come in for the first time at night like I did lol it was so intimidating but beauty once the sun came up. I gave less stars for cleanliness because on my last day I saw what looked like a baby roach in the kitchen and when I got back home there was one in my suitcase! OMG! But Iâm sure if I had seen it before then Nancy would have handled it right away. The whole staff was great and accommodating. I would definitely stay again.
Nicely updated property. Short drive to the beach. Located on the golf course with lots of beautiful views of the Seabrook Island wildlife. Definitely recommend!
Loved our time at Seabrook Island and our stay at this property. Clean, comfortable and the management company was extremely responsive and customer focused. Looking forward to a return visit!
We really enjoyed our stay at Tarpon Pond. The neighborhood was beautiful!! We especially loved the sun porch. It was a quick drive to the beach. The pool area was fantastic! There was plenty of chairs in the sun and under shade. The drinks at the pool were delicious and strong! The cottage was very nice. It was very clean and well kept. I would definitely recommend this place.
The house was nice and in a great location. We had some issue with the cleanliness of things. For example, this is a pet friendly house. We didnât bring a pet but it definitely smelled like one. Also, there was dog food left out from the previous renter Iâm guessing. We didnât see it right away, but found it and cleaned it when tbe cockroaches started coming. We called Costal getaways and they sent someone out to spray. After that, no more problems. The location is good, but parking can be tough at the pool and beach. The listing says no golf carts allowed but the island is allowing LV vehicles. This would have been nice but they were all booked by the time we got there.
We had a great time at this cottage. There was enough space for all of us, the accommodations were comfortable. Everything is the home worked as it should. We all enjoyed ourselves when we were in the home. I will nit pic on a few things minor as they are. If you are going to the beach bring your own beach towels as that was not mentioned in the description. The closet in the bedrooms had no hangers so you need to bring them if you plan to hang up clothing. The closet in the master bedroom is very small for hanging up clothing as the vacuum cleaner is stored in there. You may also want to bring small amounts of laundry detergent if you do any laundry while you are there. Other than that, a great place to stay with wonderful views.
We enjoyed spectacular view from the sunroom , greenhouse impression. Super clean place!
My grandson William viewed wild life from those huge windows . Contemporary , super comfortable cosy seating area , convenient location . The bikes were delivered promptly and the check out was a breeze. We already discussed plans to return. Thank you.
The property has a great location in a peaceful neighborhood/setting. The sunroom is incredible throughout the day (great sunrises and a steady breeze from across the golf course if you open the windows). Kitchen and baths were well stocked (better-than-expected!). Weâd definitely stay here again!
