2066 Marsh Walk is one of the best priced 2 bedroom pet-friendly villas with a huge screened in porch overlooking the tennis center, a neighborhood pool and Seabrook Island Club amenity cards for your stay!

The living area has lots of comfortable, stylish seating including a comfy sectional sofa and a large LG Smart TV to stream your favorite shows or sports games or watch a selection of Comcast cable channels. The kitchen is fully stocked to enjoy dining together at the farmhouse style table with a separate pantry closet for storing food and a stacked washer/dryer for your convenience.

Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed, a ceiling fan to circulate air, a full private bath with a beautiful, custom tile shower and direct access to the screened porch. Bedroom 2 also offers a bunk bed with a queen on the bottom, twin on top, and ceiling fan with a Smart TV for streaming with your Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts. A full bath with a tub/shower is conveniently located just outside this bedroom.

The screened porch at this Marsh Walk Villa is huge and overlooks the back courts of the Seabrook Island Tennis Center. It is a favorite area with two ceiling fans, rocking chairs and a rustic picnic style dining table for outdoor dining.

All guests of Seabrook Island may access the Equestrian Center and SIPOA Lake House*. Featuring one of the few beach rides on the East Coast, the Equestrian Center caters to riders of all skill levels with three miles of horse-riding trails. Overlooking the Palmetto Lake is the island’s Lake House including a state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and wellness activities.

Pool Access: Community Pool for Marsh Walk Villas. Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.
