*WE ARE A CITY APPROVED VACATION RENTAL* This is a clean, quiet, BEAUTIFUL, residential neighborhood, We have the absolute best location! 1 minute walk to the beach and just a short walk to Main Street and the Pier. If you're looking for a fun family favorite vacation house year after year, you've come to the right place. This house sleeps 6.
Owner, Jennifer, takes pride in choosing comfy beds, fresh clean linens, beautiful decorations, and fully stocking the kitchen with all your needs. She has provided beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, board games, and a Nintendo Wii and free WiFi to keep you entertained during your stay.

This house is totally remodeled and a beautifully decorated 2 story house. Downstairs has 2 living rooms, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 3/4 bath, laundry room & large porch which opens to landscaped backyard with gas fire-pit & gas BBQ for family grilling.

Upstairs comprises master suite with king bed, balcony & bathroom with a deep soaking Jacuzzi tub/shower combo and 2 sinks. 2nd bedroom has king bed with attached bathroom which also has hallway access. 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds.

Downstairs, the dining area opens onto a large porch with ample space for dining, or just relaxing in the shade. The porch leads to perfect outdoor space for entertaining friends and family. One car garage assigned parking within a two car garage and street parking pass.

Jennifer takes great pride in her home, in between guests the house is professionally cleaned and will be immaculate when you arrive.

The house was amazing and made the Seal Beach trip even better. It was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with a welcoming feel the moment we arrived. The location of this place is amazing. So close to a beautiful beach. The check in process was so easy. The host was very kind and hospitable. The house is well stocked and very big. This Wonderful vacation home is clean, well stocked, comfortable and perfectly located with a very short walk to the beach, pier and Main Street. The home has plenty of space to spread out and relax. We love the full kitchen and comfortable family room. The backyard is such a bonus! Having 3 full bathrooms and a washer dryer is also very helpful. We have stayed here previously and will definitely be back. The owner makes check in and out a breeze.

Our host could not have been more helpful and accommodating. The house was spotless and unusually well appointed with excellent bedding, towels and far more kitchen supplies than our group of six could have asked for. The location can’t be beat with easy walks to the beach and Main Street. Probably our best rental ever.

This house was great ! The communication with the host wee super helpful and she was available for any questions . The location and the cleanliness of the home made our girls trio easy and memorable . You are close to things to do with the beach almost being out your front door . We were able to walk down town after a days of traveling and able to enjoy the beach with out going far . You are close to seal beach she also to the busier tourist locations in Newport and Huntington Beach as well as only 30 minutes from Disney . I would hugely recommend this property and would stay here again.

This house was perfect. We felt right at home. It had everything we needed. Owner was wonderful and accommodating. We were in the area for the birth of our grandson and we had a fabulous time. Love seal Beach

Had a relaxing and quiet stay. Loved the quick access to the beach, green belt, and Main St. La Crema restaurant on Main street is a great breakfast and lunch place if you are traveling with dogs. Loved staying at the beautiful yellow house!

Family weekend trip

We absolutely loved this property and would stay again! It is a very short walk to the beach. We watched the sunset and got great Mexican Food at Taco Surf. It is close to the freeway and great for a family. We had 5 adults and everything was perfect.
