There was so much noise, door slamming amd music. Rooms are old and have a nasty odor. NONE OF THE EMPLOYEES LOOKED HAPPY TO BE THERE. CHECKING IN COULD HAVE BEEN MUCH BETTER. The shuttle service is a plus.

Cindy at check in was extremely helpful. I asked her about a shuttle to the cruise port and she got me all set at half the price a Lyft would be. I had to return a rented car and she helped me get the shuttle back to the hotel from the airport. She pleasantly answered all my questions. The room is nice and clean and comfy. :).

Front desk staff was rude and snappy. No blinds on the windows. Room itself was nice, other than the lack of blinds or curtains to block the sunlight.

Less than stellar customer service

The front desk customer service was not stellar. One of the staff asked me a questionand before i could answer they left with some else that had walked up to the counter after i did. The staff didn't code either of the keys and several othet customers that had to wait in line again had the same problem.
