We landed at 6:45 p.m. I called the property to ask them to send the shuttle, and the man who answered was very rude. I asked him where to wait for the shuttle. He told me to ask someone at the airport, and after I got there, call them back. When we tried to call back at the shuttle pickup location, we were hung up on 11 times. I'm not exaggerating. The phone picked up, nobody said anything, and then the calls disconnected. We called our friends, who were already at the property, and asked them to go to the front desk and tell them where we were and to come get us. When our friend asked them why he kept hanging up on us, he told them that he had just put us on hold. This was patently false. He disconnected our phone calls 11 times. If we had not had friends already there to help, we never would have gotten a shuttle at all. We waited over an hour for the shuttle. When it arrived, it was almost full, and did not have the space to take us and our luggage. The man driving the shuttle was very nice, and said he would come back for us. We had to wait an additional 45 minutes for him to come back. When we told the driver what happened with the man at the front desk he said it was not the first time someone complained about him. I have never stayed at a hotel where I was treated so poorly. This was inexcusable. If we had taken a cab, we would have gotten here in 15 minutes. It was TWO HOURS from when we started waiting until we got to the hotel. I am LIVID at this treatment.

They didn't have the shampoo, and conditioner filled in the dispensers when showering. When called and asked if they could provide a refill, they took really long and I was in the shower already waiting for it. It was really inconvenient

Condition of the room was poor. Visible damage in all areas of the room. Patch paint was very obvious. Plaster damage, countertops damaged, rugs in poor shape. The rug in the hallway is stretched and wrinkled. This site is long overdue for a remodel. The television worked intermittently, the microwave didn’t heat food.

After cruise blues

Black out curtains were amazing especially since we had a huge street light right next to it. Need to have Diet Coke available. The front desk person with long blonde hair, younger was so helpful. She gave us directions, places to eat, etc. shuttle was great. The two drivers that we had were so friendly and helpful.

Had to pay for an uber there even though I communicated with the front desk in getting a shuttle to the hotel as I called five different times, but the front desk employee said that the line was “busy”. To digress there’s no hot food for breakfast. Very carb heavy with coffee and ice cakes, waffle bites and oatmeal and fruit. Pretty limited and basic. Overwll the morning shift was a lot more helpful, got the shuttle to the airport and was good to go. Wouldn’t recommend coming back but if I do, it wouldn’t be a bad option.

I reserved their biggest room 2 months ago because it had the amenities that I needed for family for a much needed family weekend get away. I called a few days prior to make sure I had the right room reserved and I was told “Yes, you have our biggest room in the hotel reserved”. When I showed up Friday night at 6:30, they informed me that my room was given away, and the only thing they could offer me was two separate rooms. When I asked why would they give my room away, I confirmed it 3 days ago. The guy had no idea why, just that the night shift person informed him that morning that they would need to tell me this when I checked it. No call, no notification, nothing. I was trapped and had no other option to change hotel this late in the evening, let alone find a big enough room somewhere else that I needed. My family weekend was not what I reserved, we had to be separated in two different rooms, which is not what the point of this family getaway. This place is dishonest, with poor communication. It has a terrible cold, dry, minimal breakfast area. They said they provide coffee in the room, but they only provide decaf. If you want regular in the morning, you have to go to the lobby. Completely defeats the purpose of having your own kitchen. I will never stay here again.

Cheap hotel but does the job

First of all, the location of the hotel was good, it was in a quiet area with plenty of parking. The rates differed from what Hotels.com listed for pets being $20 instead of $10 and their was additional fees for a 3rd person which was not listed as well. The sofa bed was paper thin and there was no blankets or pillows provided. However, the gentleman at the desk was very nice and welcoming he was able to get us the items needed. The floors in the hallway were falling apart and in the room the carpet was sticky and stained. There was no hand soap anywhere in the room. We washed our hands with shampoo. The breakfast was a joke. Should be called grab and go not Continental. But it was affordable and as we were only in town for one night it did the job.

Great, quick convenient check in! They even asked a series of preference questions (close to elevator, or further, which floor I'd prefer etc) to make sure my stay was as comfortable as possible. Super friendly team!
