Start your Seattle adventure with a 180 degree rooftop view of the Olympic Mountains and Puget Sound when you stay in our brand new guesthouse. We are within walking distance to Green Lake, Fremont, Ballard, Woodland Park Zoo, coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. Our space is clean, modern, and uncluttered, with room for 4 people. Enjoy dinner while you watch the sunset over the mountains, walk over to Green Lake to paddle board, or visit the Woodland Park Zoo.
The space
Welcome to our brand new guesthouse in Phinney Ridge. Modern, clean, and uncluttered, this space offers lots of natural light during the day, with blackout curtains when you're ready to sleep. The private rooftop deck offers fantastic views of the Olympic Mountains, Puget Sound, and the Ballard Marina. Great space for adventurists, solo travelers, couples, small families, and friends. The bedroom has a queen size bed and a king size pull out sofa bed in the living room, so 4 can sleep comfortably. The Juliette balcony in the living room offers a great cross-breeze.
Guest access
Guests have a private entry from street, with a private walkway to the entry. The upper unit and rooftop deck are entirely yours. The owners live next door and are available if needed, but will give you full privacy.
Other things to note
We ask our guests to respect our residential neighborhood, and to have a quiet evening after 10pm when on premises.

The place is clean and it has good space stocked with all the comforts of living. It was nice to have a guide book with instructions as well as suggestions of close-by recommendations for eating. Host is friendly and responsive. The rooftop patio is wonderful, location is safe and entry is easy and safe.

The beautiful Guest House met our needs perfectly. It is very clean, well maintained, comfortable, quiet and exceptionally well equipped. One block to the Metro line to downtown and the Zoo. Would definitely stay here again.

I wanted a cozy neighborhood experience in Seattle and this was the perfect stay! The rooftop had unobstructibe views and was truly perfection while watching the sunset! Ideas for upgrades

Keep fenced in walkway clean from slippery areas; almost fell.In kitchen, no coffee maker, electric tea kettle does not work, toaster was filled with crumbs/old bread pieces - doubt it was ever cleaned inside or the debris underneath it. Nothing like making a nice coffee when you get up.Definitely needs a safety bar in the shower
should think of ppl up in age or who may have a disability.Black metal steps marked up the heel on 2 pairs of my shoes.

Perfect Guest House in Phinney Ridge

Could not have been happier to stay at the Guesthouse in Phinney Ridge (with a Rooftop Deck)! Deneen was such a a great host..very communicative, checked in a few times, and made the stay even easier. The Guesthouse was easy to access, super clean, and very comfy! Kitchen was more than equipped and there is even a dishwasher, washer, and dryer in the unit. Easy walk to the zoo, coffee, or restaurants (within 12-15min). My wife and I would 100% stay here again!

We greatly enjoyed this “home base” for our Seattle adventure. Very close walking distance to the zoo and a quiet and pleasant neighborhood. We loved hanging out on the rooftop patio and watching the sunset. Would definitely stay again!

We were looking for a location close to Ballard but also within a short drive to the Seattle Center area. The guesthouse was perfect for us. We also appreciated the quiet neighborhood. We will certainly re-book when visiting Seattle again!

Perfect Place for Couple

My husband and I stayed here while on vacation and this house was perfectly located for us to be close to family. The neighborhood is quiet and the house is in a great location for walking to restaurants, bars and shops. The rooms are clean and spacious enough for a couple, or 2-3 friends. The rooftop deck is amazing as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Stay!

We came to Seattle for a friend’s wedding weekend, and had the best time staying at this property. The rooftop patio was our sanctuary where we could enjoy an evening sunset or a relaxing afternoon break. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and we walked to a few local coffee shops and restaurants. The place itself was beautiful - exactly like the pictures. It was very well appointed, down to the water in the fridge and the toiletries in the bathroom. Even though there were only two of us, we laid out the king sized sofa bed (which was surprisingly comfortable - we want to buy our own now) to take advantage of a little down time we had. The space was the perfect size for the 2 of us. In addition to the great space, amenities, and location, the hosts were fantastic. Incredibly responsive (despite being out of the country traveling), and even accommodated us checking in early. We will definitely stay here when we come back to Seattle again!

My husband and I absolutely love this property. It was gorgeous inside and out. Amazing views. Everything was fresh, new and clean! Deneen was a fantastic host! She went above and beyond when our flight home was postponed. We cant say enough good things about our whole experience!
