Location was good, could walk to Pikes Market and walkable to Monorail or Space Needle. Beds were okay, frumpy pillows. Got trapped in their bit of a scam, we booked a room that gave us an option for room type and we selected 2 double beds, but ended up with a king and sofa bed. They said that since we booked “rule the house” we get what we get. We overheard another family complaining about the same trick and they said they don’t have any more two double bed rooms. So clearly we are not the only one that got suckered into this bait and switch game. Rule the House doesn’t mean you rule, it means they rule you.

The pool and spa were very dirty, was told they didn't have maintenance to take care of it after 6pm but I'm not sure they cleaned it before they left. I wish I had my phone to take pictures. The hotel is very run down and needs a refresh. Elevators were hard to get on when everyone was checking out in the morning. Only 3 and 1 was broken make it a very long wait.

Great central location

The Warwick was in a great location for everything we wanted to do on our short trip to Seattle for a concert. The room was nice and comfy, and when we had a few issues with the tv and air conditioning, they sent up someone to fix it within 5 minutes - we were very impressed with this service! Would definitely stay here again.

Beds were terrible, the pillows were absolutely the worst The main issue, their front check in staff were terrible. First Gentlemen to check us in was extremely condescending. The woman in the morning when we were checking out, short/abrupt and genuinely just not happy. Valet staff were the best!! Will never stay there again though.
