Great for the price, probably cheaper if I booked earlier. Nothing as bad as some negative reviews, but the building is really old and could use renovation (probably too old for that too). Aside that I was able to get a good nights sleep so it worked out.

The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, however the room itself was very outdated and the facilities did not work well. The building does not have any dining or shopping areas around, so it is somewhat convenient, but it’s only about 25 minutes away from Downtown Seattle.

Here’s the good: The staff was nice, the bathroom and sheets were clean, it was cheap, and the AC worked. Here’s what it needs: Quality maintenance. Our phone and battery charger plugs just fell out of the outlets.For 10 minutes of work and 5 bucks the outlets could be replaced. Our window screen appeared to have been pryed off at some point and just put back in place. Seeing that and the parking lot behind our room, made me feel that it would be easy to break in, so we didn’t leave the room to get dinner and potentially find our things stolen. The carpet, though there were no holes, felt grimy. Poor drywall patching everywhere. There is unpainted OSB next to the ice machine, like a project was started and then abandoned. The hotel just needs some care. It didn’t feel like a happy place. If you just need a bed for cheap, then this will work. But it’s not a destination and there are minimal services at the hotel and in the area. But, even at $80 for the night, it felt like we overpaid by 60 bucks.

Horrible stay! Duct tape on tile in bathroom, bugs on wall, had to be switched because the previous room smelled of urine. Do not do this. Horrible flight
