This quiet & charming 560-sq. ft. apartment is more like a little house. It is located above a 2-car garage and has its own staired entrance and deck/ terrace for privacy and relaxing. All windows have room-darkening shades, and the property is fenced. Amenities include a full kitchen with DW, W/D, microwave, separate hot water tank, (has a shower, but no tub), garbage disposal food processor, Krupp & Keurig coffeemakers, and bean grinder, 2 large smart TV's (1 in bedroom) with Hulu, Netflix and HBO Plus, bedroom includes a white noise machine, air purifier, A/C, vacuum and laundry hamper. Cleaning, paper, personal care products included. So completely furnished - all you need are your clothes & food!

The area is surrounded by lush green trees and is across from a beautiful, grassy, 1-block-sized Lake Burien Park, which includes a new .25-mile track, tennis courts and play area. Located 3-blocks from beautiful Seahurst Beach and close to ample shopping, rental cars, transit and restaurants.

Seattle is surrounded by the Cascade & Olympic Mountain ranges, waterfront access to the Puget Sound, Lake Union & Lake Washington. There is so much to see & do here - never boring!
