the villa has 3 units and next each other, each villa has own private pool, 3 Bedrooms with independent bath room, the kitchen, dining area, and living room are all open and overlook the swimming pool in the middle of the central courtyard. the size of the villa is 300Sqm

Amazing villa well located

Really enjoyed staying at Sol Bella villa 2 (Potato head). Everything was perfect, beautiful pool with sun during the day. Great outdoor living space. Easy to get a coffee in the morning or go to dinner, a lot of restaurants are close and you can walk. Nina made sure that we had everything we needed and that the villa was always clean. Great experience, great villa, great staff. I highly recommend!

The manager did not arrange ride from the airport to the villa. They failed to inform us ahead of time that our villa was not available. We found out on site when we were about to check in. The manager provided an alternative villa which was a definite downgrade of what I booked and we had to pay our ride from the booked villa to the alternative villa. The downgraded room itself had a lot of problems: 1. Very dirty toilet, kitchen and dust everywhere. It was not nearly as ready as it should be. The whole villa is filthy and I have photos to support it. 2. The air con was defective. 3. The key to the master bedroom broke and we were not able to open the room and rest until about 12 midnight. It was a lot of inconvenience and stress. What was supposed to be a relaxing vacation turned out to be a disaster that stressed the entire family. No amount of apology can compensate for the damage that this caused us.

Great place to stay

The Villa is in a great location, Bars and restaurants very close. The pool was a good size and crystal clear. The place is not perfect but you won't find better for the price. Thanks to Nina for making us so welcome, nothing was a problem all we had to do was ask. She arranged transfers, tours, washing etc and maintained the property to a high standard. Solbella motorcycle rental provided the tours and they deserve a mention, great value, top service. I would definitely stay here again it has a homely feel and everything is arranged for you.

Pleasant stay!

Location was quite noisy if your wanting a quiet villa, location for amenities, pubs, restaurants, spas is great. Nina was looking after us and she was great and was attentive if we had any problems or if we wanted to order anything. The villa I’m not sure was the one we were supposed to have although im sure it wasn’t much different, needs an upgrade, the bathrooms and kitchen need to be upgraded and fixed and the bath itself needs to be replaced. Also the massage spa list on the fridge needs to be updated, we booked massages and then after found out the prices had gone up but the list was an old one. The initial listing of the villa should also state very clearly that breakfast, lunch and dinner is NOT included unless booked with Expedia. Overall we had a nice stay and the pool was lovely but I feel it needs an upgrade and to be updated. I will also add we had a very late arrival and that was handled well by the staff.

Love all the spacious room and the cleanliness. Thanks Wati for being such a responsive help when the one of the AC got a little haywire on Day 1, she immediate send someone later in the day to check on it. <3

Great villa

We enjoyed our stay very much. The Manager Wati was an angel and helped us with everything we needed. Villa is very spacious, properly equipped, clean and in a very good location with many great restaurants in walking distance as well as the popular night clubs of Seminyak.
