We had a lovely stay at Montigo. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a beautiful lunch on our last day at the hotel’s HinoTori. On the downside. There was a lack of pool towels at times and the room towels were quite dated. No face wipes/flannels in the rooms. Milk for tea would have been nice too.

The staff are lovely and super helpful. The only thing was the bedrooms were a bit outdated and old, and not as clean. The hotel is located in a great busy area with many options of cafes and restaurants.

Great location and great friendly staff, however this property is more of a 3.5 star hotel no where near a 5 star . Rooms are dated, breakfast is very average , getting clean towels in your room you would think would be standard in a hotel but we were always having to ask for towels , even a hand towel.
