"The property was undergoing renovations. I was unaware of this at booking, but received an email from the property about a week before check-in. Check-in was quick and the girl at the desk was courteous. She did advise me if the renovations at this time. Room was clean and comfortable. It appears to have been recently updated. No water problems this time. We had them in our last stay. Bar staff were courteous, as usual, and attentive. Another great stay!"

"The house was very comfortable and clean. It was a great location and convenient to restaurants etc. It was tastefully decorated. Bed was very comfortable. The host was very responsive. The only thing that could improve would be is to have some baggies, plastic wrap foil and trash bags paper towels available and lighter for grill or room candles. Most rentals have a plastic sleeve or binder that includes things to do in the area. Also tells guests when the trash cans need to be put out for garbage pickup and general info about where extra towels, laundry detergent etc are located and what they want the guest to do before checking out.The checkout time at 11am was great compared to most rentals at 10am. Would definitely stay here again when in the area! We had an absolutely great experience at The Porch House in iJacksonville Fl"

"The Sugar Magnolia House is a wonderful and unique turn of the century home to transport you back to the 1920's. Even though all the furnishings and decorations have the vintage charm, the home is yet furnished with the modern conveniences of air conditioning and wifi. From the large front porch to the extensive backyard, this space can be used for any family or occasion, big or small. The host was very accomodating and awesome. I highly recommend this getaway home!"
