I ate at the bar and the staff was incredibly slow, the food took a very long time to come out (there was only 1 other person in the bar so it wasn’t busy) and the food was horrible. I ordered the French Onion soup and it was overly salty and the “croutons” were slimy. I also ordered the Mediterranean Flatbread and the pita was soggy, there was about 1 tablespoon of hummus in small blobs across the flatbread and they didn’t put the feta on it. I asked about that and they just put a few blobs of some waxy cheese that I assume was supposed to be mozzarella. It was disgusting and completely disappointing for something that looked very enticing in the description. I’ll stay there again but will not eat there.

This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The room was absolutely nasty. There were crumbs in the bed and on the floor, which immediately showed that the room had not been properly cleaned. The bathroom was filthy and even had women’s fake eyelashes left on the floor completely unacceptable and unsanitary. To make matters worse, the staff, especially at the front desk, were extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of addressing the issues or offering a solution, they were dismissive and acted as if my concerns were an inconvenience. There was no apology, no urgency, and no effort to fix the situation.
