Unbelievably true!

Let’s see where to start-the room door didn’t lock, the phone in the room didn’t work, seems in seeking help from the front desk, We were told that there would be no TVs working on site. The heated pool seemed cold and cloudy, and there were workmen’s tools left on the floor upon our arrival. So we had to leave due to unsanitary, unhealthy and definitely not safe conditions. No vacation for us…

The staff was okay, no breakfast, coffee availability all through out the day. The bed was super comfortable. Plenty of free parking. The deposit fee was $10 and the front desk staff tried to charge $150 which of course we did not pay. It was a bit loud outside at very late hours. Can walk around to places to eat. I rate the place 5/5

Great one night-

Wish I would have been staying more than one night and got there earlier. The hotel was very nice, and the river view very pretty. I wish I could have explored the pool and the bar next door!

I had to wait a long time because the door to the room wouldn't open, like 45 minutes of waiting for them to open the door and after they did the room only smelled of cigarettes, it was an extremely unpleasant smell.

The location is great if you are interested in going to sites in both RI and Mass. There are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Those are all strong points. The pool looks good too. I didn't use it but one of my windows faced it. Things I didn't like included the condition of the tub. Although the top was fine, the floor looked old and dirty. I think the stains were so deep that one couldn't eliminate them through cleaning. The drain was damaged too. Also, I woke up very early one morning and took a cool shower. The problem was that I wanted a warm shower. There was no hot water. Regarding the area, it was okay. There were people awake all night outside, which seemed a bit sketchy. Plus, the entrance where I stayed stunk like pot. It was really strong.

No hot water, there were Marijuana roaches left on the belcony on top of the ac unit, the curtains looked like someone wiped there dirty hands all over them, the bed was absolutely uncomfortable like sleeping on a sheet of plywood, no internet service, no cable Tv, no continental breakfast, the water pressure in the swower was a trickle of water, the walls had stains all over them. I wouldnt recomend this place to a homless person.
