The property looked good and clean. The room looked dated maybe something from the early 80’s. The gym and laundry rooms up to date. The kicker was the roaches I found in the middle of night when going to the bathroom. I saw small black bugs crawling around on the floor in front of the shower and the sink. Right then I put my glasses to sure. What a surprise!! With no hesitation I shook off all my clothes, gathered my bags and left 3am in the morning. Needless to say I was gross out.

The bed in the room was left in poor conditions. The pillows were dirty and the bed had multiple urine stains on the sheets and I found hair in multiple places. It looked as if someone was still occupying the room.

The sheets are microfiber sheets and I can't regulate body temperature in plastic sheets for thats what that is. Recycled plastic!!! The kitchen had draws having issues. The night stand had a pervious burn on it. The bedroom rug had a very very large stain on the rug. I won't be book that one no more .
