The staff were very pleasant during check-in and were very friendly. The room was very clean, very spacious and definitely had a good feel of privacy. The downside was that the built-in Netflix App on the tv was extremely laggy, part of the curtains were not attached to the moving track properly and so during the moment that the sun came out during the early morning the room was lit up and I wasn't able to get any sleep. The only other complaint would be that the walls seemed quite thin, maybe having a room door that seemed better sealed near the bottom would have cut down on the noise bleeding into the room as heavily as it had. Overall it was a decent stay.

No hot water. Only tap warm. Can hear all the walking, dragging and noisy sound from upper level. Cannot sleep at all even though I specifically ask for a quiet room after 12 hours of driving.

I think this location just opened but it was spotless, the price was reasonable, the breakfast generous and fresh, not some stale muffins, and the staff so super nice! We had a great stay and will be back when we visit our family in Flemington again.
