"This hotel provided the best bang for the buck I’ve experienced in quite a while. It smelled clean and was clean. The room was large and uncluttered. There was room for a bassinet if traveling with an infant. The soundproofing worked well and we didn’t notice noise from other guests. Direct TV provided many viewing options. The bathroom was recently renovated and very attractive. It was shower only - no bathtub - and our only complaint was that the shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion wall containers weren’t marked! We were left to guess which was which, but there was plenty of everything. Breakfast was nice, and the coffee was very good by hotel standards. We expect to pass through Memphis regularly to visit family and I plan to stay here again!"

"I loved my stay! The carpet in my room had a bit of a damp smell, like it wasn’t fully dried, but overall everything was amazing. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and attentive to my needs. The room was spacious and comfortable. The air conditioner could use some cleaning or maintenance, since in the first 10 minutes it gave off a strange odor, but it wasn’t a big issue, just something I noticed. In general, everything was great. The hotel is close to different stores, it felt secure, and I’ll definitely recommend it and come back. "
