It was good for the price. I have heard that room attendants only get so much time to clean a room at hotels now. They should have more time or have a list of what should be done. Everything was fine but the cleanliness could have been better. Food and dirt on floors around the beds and stands so not very detailed, the bathroom corners were filled with hair and dirt. It would have been great had the room been detail cleaned. Also the ice machine was not clean either. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The carpeted area around the beds were very dirty, but the bed and bath linens seemed clean. The heat/cool worked fine and tv options were better than some hotels. We had several issues with our key cards not working, but staff was friendly and fixed the issues right away. Definitely better than the average Red Roof.

The only hiccup was that it took three times of going back to the front desk to get working keys for our room. In the end they gave us a different room and the problem was resolved.

Property does not assign a specific portion of rooms to keep pets in and so those that are allergic has no options to stay in a room that has had pets previously. They ONLY@ offer coffee for a few hours in the morning . They offer nothing else to drink except the soda machine. So if it's been a long day with your child and you want something warm for both of you....too bad. They do not have herbal tea or any tea for that matter and no hot chocolate or anything for someone looking for a warm drink for the non coffee drinker. Won't do that again.

We were coming to visit a very sick patient but He took a turn for the worse & we were not allowed to visit.
