"Eli was our host that checked us in he seemed to be new wasn’t very informative . He didn’t ask if we needed help with our bags or if we found parking OK didn’t offer valet service . We’ve stayed here before, and we were offered champagne after check-in which is something that me and my wife enjoy. We had to ask if it was still available. When we stayed in the past, it felt really personal. They asked us if we were celebrating anything or if we were there for a special occasion. Unfortunate this time there was no conversation. The process felt rushed. Which I would understand if there was a line. I hope this feedback helps. We would like to continue to use the property on short getaways . "

"As soon as we arrived, the concierge was welcoming. Checkin was easy. The staff are polite and accommodating. This is rare – but since it is a five star hotel, I’m glad they live up to the standards. The service was impeccable! My family and I stayed for 3 nights for a little summer vacation away. We enjoyed everything. The family/kids pool was perfect for my little ones. We enjoyed every minute. I actually felt relaxed. Beds were comfy, pillow was just ok (sorry) not the best. Overall, great bedding and rooms were almost perfect and clean. I hope they pay more attention to the carpets and bathroom. Thank you! "
