There were maintenance issues in the room that could have made the visit better such as toilet paper holder hanging from the wall, side table outlets and lights working. The cleanliness also was lacking. That was someone else’s long hair on the tiles in the bathtub. Also, I remember Doubletree giving warm cookies when you checked in. There was no offer. There were no options for breakfast or coffee available in the lobby. It was a disappointing stay."
