Why does the desk clerk hide behind a wall? Couldn't find them on check in or check out. If the door to the pool is not working why wouldn't you tell a person before they walk down to the pool? The waffle machine was not working. I ate oatmeal which wasn't bad. Just little annoying things.

Overnight stay in Chicopee, MA on the way to Cape Cod from Michigan. Have a long history of staying with Hampton Inn. Always very comfortable beds and clean rooms. No exception in Chicopee. Staff was attentive and professional. Thank you!!

I’m very disappointed with this booking. I was charged a $50 pet fee at the Hampton Inn Chicopee/Springfield, which was not disclosed anywhere on Expedia during the booking process. Had I known about this hidden cost, I would have chosen a different property or booked through Airbnb. This lack of transparency is unacceptable, and I’m requesting a refund for the pet fee. Expedia should clearly list all extra charges upfront.
