If not for the excellent breakfast crew, I would rate this facility a teo because of its age and state of repair. The employees care about their customers.

The room I stayed in didn't get daily cleaning and reeked of cigarette smoke; the guests in the neighboring rooms were smoking, and nothing was done about it. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The whole building had a smell was a lot. There was a hole in the wall in the room, loose outlets, the carpet was damp, mold in the bathroom, WiFi didn’t work at all, plastic on the mattress, tv remote didn’t have a back in it, and breakfast was minimal. Pretty sure there were a couple people living there. The staff I interacted with were helpful.
